Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing jbcoachescrypto.com or booking coaching services from JZB Consulting, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our coaching services.

1. About JZB Consulting, LLC

JZB Consulting, LLC is a private practice based in Ohio, United States. Coaching services on jbcoachescrypto.com are provided by Jeordan Burkhart, operating under JZB Consulting, LLC. We offer private one-on-one crypto and DeFi coaching for educational purposes.

2. Services Overview

Coaching includes live sessions delivered via Google Meet, optional session recordings, and related scheduling or prep communications. Offerings may include a free discovery call, single sessions, and multi-session packages as described on the website at the time of booking.

Coaching is educational only. It is not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. See our Disclaimer for important risk information.

3. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing coaching, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

4. Booking and Payment

Free discovery calls and paid coaching are booked through our scheduling tools on jbcoachescrypto.com. Paid coaching requires payment through PayPal before you receive a link to schedule your intro and prep call or remaining sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A booking is confirmed upon successful payment (for paid services) and completion of scheduling through our provided link. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise. We may update pricing for future bookings; confirmed purchases are not affected by later price changes.

Payments are processed through PayPal. By providing payment information, you authorize applicable fees to be charged. JZB Consulting, LLC does not store full payment card details. PayPal receipts and card or bank statements may show JZB Consulting, LLC as the merchant.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For scheduled discovery calls and coaching sessions:

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will be accommodated without penalty when possible.
• Requests made within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of that appointment.
• No-shows without prior notice may be treated as completed; no refund or credit is issued for that session.

To cancel or reschedule, contact info@jzbconsult.com as early as possible.

6. Refund Policy

Because coaching involves reserved time and individualized attention, sales are generally final once a session has been delivered.

• Single sessions: If a completed session does not feel worth it, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith to make it right.
• Packages: If something is not landing during a package, contact us before moving to the next session so we can address it.
• Unused package sessions: Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Contact us with concerns before disputing charges with your bank or payment provider.

7. Coaching Terms

When you engage us for coaching:

• Session length: Session durations match the package or offering you purchase (for example 60 or 75 minutes).
• Recordings: Paid sessions may be recorded for your review unless you opt out before the session begins.
• Preparation: You are responsible for joining on time with a stable internet connection, Google Meet access, and any wallets or materials you want to review together.
• Scope: Coaching covers education and strategy frameworks within crypto and DeFi. It does not include executing trades on your behalf, managing your assets, or providing regulated financial advice.
• Upgrades: If you purchase a single session and later buy a package, your single-session fee may be credited toward the package as described on the website at the time of upgrade.

8. Client Responsibilities

By engaging coaching, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest information about your background, goals, and experience level
• Participate in good faith and arrive prepared for sessions
• Make your own financial, tax, and legal decisions
• Maintain professional, respectful communication
• Secure your own wallets, accounts, and devices

9. Intellectual Property

Coaching materials, frameworks, and proprietary methods shared during sessions remain the property of JZB Consulting, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from those materials without prior written permission.

Session recordings provided to you are for your personal review only unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Confidentiality

We treat personal and financial information shared during coaching as confidential and do not disclose session details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

Our proprietary coaching methods and internal processes are confidential. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JZB Consulting, LLC and Jeordan Burkhart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of capital, or financial losses arising from use of this website, coaching services, or decisions made based on information discussed in sessions. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our coaching services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JZB Consulting, LLC and its owner from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of coaching services, violation of these Terms, or financial, tax, or legal decisions you make.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to coaching if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in harmful or disrespectful conduct, or for other reasons at our sole discretion. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund for completed sessions or unused package time, except as stated in our refund policy.

You may discontinue coaching at any time, subject to cancellation, refund, and payment terms above.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Ohio.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact info@jzbconsult.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any written confirmation of your purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and JZB Consulting, LLC regarding use of jbcoachescrypto.com and coaching services. They supersede prior oral or written communications on the same subject.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted at jbcoachescrypto.com/terms-of-service. Continued use of the website or coaching services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
